Bio
I take a strengths-based approach, helping you recognise and build upon your own capabilities while we work together toward your goals.
Creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood is essential to me. I believe therapy works best when built on genuine human connection, and sometimes a shared laugh can help us get there.
I work with people of all ages, drawing from proven therapeutic methods that I tailor to fit your individual needs and stage of life.
Anxiety (including: phobias, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic, and worry)
Grief, loss and bereavement
Body dysmorphia and body image concerns
Older adults (issues of ageing, grief, loneliness, mild cognitive impairment, adjustment, etc.)
